We’re excited to introduce on-demand tracking, allowing you to find and track any subject of interest in real-time across any camera view.
To use this feature, open the camera where the subject was last seen, navigate to a point where they are clearly visible, and click the 'VOLT Intelligence' button on the bottom-right corner. Once the bounding boxes appear, right-click the subject to initiate tracking. Once started, a new tracking incident will appear on your monitoring page.
Please note this feature tracks subjects in real-time and does not yet support historical tracking.
Our new incident experience simplifies incident navigation, helping you quickly access video evidence and map data.
You can now easily view video evidence by clicking on a snapshot to open it, and then clicking again to play the video starting from that exact moment. Snapshots you’re currently viewing will be highlighted in blue, as will the corresponding camera location on the map for better context.
