Snooze Rule

Snooze rule allows you to temporarily stop receiving alerts for specific incident types. Resume at any time. If the rule is facility-wide, it will be snoozed across ALL cameras. If the rule is zone-specific, it will be snoozed for the cameras in the zone.

This feature is accessible directly from the incident link, monitoring page, and the facility management page. The first GIF shows how to snooze a rule from the facility management page, the second GIF shows how to snooze a rule from the monitoring page and through an incident link.

Mask by Rule

Mask by Rule allows you to block certain detections in specified areas of a camera's view.

The example below depicts masking the hallway from triggering the people detection rule. The masked area will still escalate any weapon, fight, and people down.

Disable Cameras

Disable cameras allows you to pick a facility to stop ALL camera streaming and detections from being made for a specified time. Resume at any time.
