Deployment Overview

This page provides an overview of everything you need to know to get started with VOLT AI. Welcome and thank you for considering us!

Overview

In order to access VOLT AI's full suite of features, there are two components: our edge device and our portal. The edge device will be shipped to the address provided to your respective VOLT Sales Rep. To set up your VOLT portal, we require floor plans and camera details of your facility.

Kickoff

Your respective VOLT Sales Rep will help us gather the information we need to get started - including points-of-contact, facility details, number of cameras, and success criteria.

This will allow us to set up an onboarding meeting and configure the edge device that we will ship to your specified facility.

Floor Plans

Your facility's floor plans can be submitted via this form. Please include all indoor and outdoor areas you would like to have mapped. If possible, indicating the location of each camera on the floor plan will help expedite the camera placement process.

This will allow us to create a 3D map of your facility which we will upload to your Portal.

Camera Details

Your facility's camera details can be submitted via this form. In order to access your camera feed, we will require details such as camera names, login details, RTSP stream, MAC address, port info, ip, and camera model. Please use the .csv attachment below as a template to populate your camera info.

This will help us connect your cameras to our server so they can be viewed in the Portal. Additionally, please ensure your camera settings align with our recommendations by visiting the Camera Configuration Guide.

Summary

We will share a Project Timeline with you so all partiers are in the loop throughout the various stages of deployment.
