Welcome to our portal, your gateway to efficient and comprehensive management of your incident detection needs. In this page we will walk you through the key features and functionalities of our portal, allowing you to harness the full power of our product.
Before we get into how to use our features, let's review some terms you should know.
Facility: A facility represents one of your buildings.
Zone: A zone is a designated area that can be created in a facility or outdoors, all cameras in that zone can follow zone rules.
Rule: A rule is what you want the cameras to be looking out for, such as Person Down, Weapon, Person (trespassing), Object Left Behind, etc.
Incident: An incident is the product of a rule being triggered. Incidents will include video evidence, live-tracking, etc.
The Dashboard page is offers real-time insights on incident history. Here you can:
Select Facility: Switch between facilities to access facility-specific data.
Search: Search for specific facilities, cameras, floors, and zones.
Filter by Date: Use date filters to focus on the information you need, making it easy to analyze past and present data.
View Widgets: Gain at-a-glance information with widgets displaying vital data.
The Monitoring page provides real-time incident monitoring and response. Here you can:
View incidents coming in real-time: View open incidents as they occur, with the ability to confirm, share, and seal incidents for future review. Click to see snapshots, video evidence, and a live camera view of the event taking place.
Confirm: Security personnel can confirm an incident to acknowledge they've seen it and will respond.
Close: Security personnel can close the incident once resolved.
The Incident page offers a live and historical view of all detected incidents, ensuring you have complete records. Here you can:
Filter Incidents: Filter incidents by facility, status, rule, date range, start time, and end time to pinpoint specific data.
View Incident Timeline: See when the incident logs such as when it was detected and escalated, where the incident took place around the facility, etc.
View Video Evidence: Scrub through footage from cameras that detected the incident.
View Heat Map: See where the incident took place and how it progressed.
Share Incident: Send the incident link to other users in your organization.
Seal Incident: Save the incident and all snapshots/video evidence/heat maps for your future reference.
Add Notes: Comment on the incident with any contextual details.
The Facilities page provides a view of all of your various facilities and control over their security needs. Here you can:
Select Facility: Click into individual facilities to access specific information.
Access Camera Views: Access and view all cameras within each facility.
View Maps: Explore different floors and areas of your facility via a map view.
Create Zones: Create zones to tailor incident detection to your unique requirements.
Schedule Rules: Configure facility-wide or zone rules to run on certain days and within specified time ranges for precise incident detection.
Assign First Responders: Set first responders for each facility, ensuring swift incident response.
